We offer you numerous options for a perfectly fitted nature® earmold.
Wall thickness

Extremely fine wall thicknesses of only 0.8 mm can be realized from our thermo-flexible material. These thin and flexible walls adapt to every movement of the auditory canal and allow the nature® earmold to merge with the ear – for a feather-light wearing sensation.
We recommend a thin wall thickness for mild to moderate hearing loss.

1.4 mm is our proven standard wall thickness. All nature® earmolds in this thickness maintain the perfect balance between too much and too little. They combine a comfortable feel with good fixation of the receiver and at the same time have room to move without being too soft.
NORMAL is our standard wall thickness.

The solid design provides the receiver with optimum guidance in the cavity provided for this purpose and thus enables a secure hold in the earmold. Slipping or wobbling of the receiver is impossible.
The wall thickness depends on the size of the receiver and is manufactured as solid as possible.
Insert part
for rigid material
nature® earmolds made of rigid material require an installation part to fix the receiver. nature® made of thermo-flexible material can also be manufactured without an insert part* because this material can be heated and slim tube or RIC placed directly in the bore hole. This guarantees the smallest possible size and, in combination with our standard bore (2.0 mm), creates the basis for a wide range of manufacturers.

Venting
The wide range of different ventings makes the nature® earmold an all-rounder for every fitting.
Extension for all vents
With this option, the ventings can be enlarged effortlessly in the course of the fitting. We already place the corresponding bore holes appropriately in advance and thus simplify the post-processing.

Opening
An opening provides additional ventilation of the ear tissue and better heat dissipation. In addition, openings can be used to create more space for the installation of the receiver in narrow spaces or a highly angled ear canal. Unlike a recess, the functional edges remain intact, resulting in significantly more stability and hold.

Recess
Recesses serve to ventilate sensitive ears. Significantly less heat is generated in the area of these cavities, as the skin remains free and is thus not restricted in its thermo-regulating function.

Jaw joint recess
This option saves the area of the jaw joint in the auditory canal. This reduces chewing noises and resonances of the skull bone and provides an optimal sound image. Whether open or closed depends on the type of fitting.

Earwax guard
We use the earwax guard Audio Service Filter HF4 BLACK as standard. Optionally, we install the earwax guard Phonak CeruShield. (Please select this separately in the order form.) You can find all earwax guards products in our online store.
Note: Deviations may occur depending on the receiver system. If a earwax guard is already integrated in the receiver or the insert part does not allow the installation of it, a earwax guard cannot be installed.
Color marking
To be able to distinguish left and right at first go, we provide our earmolds with a color marking as standard. blue = left | red = right

Desired Laser engraving
We engrave a name or number in addition to our serial number and thus mark the nature® earmold according to your individual wishes.
Max Muster
Desired name with max. 10 characters possible.
Anti-reflection
An earmold can be made anti-reflective on the surfaces facing the ear canal using a special sandblasting process. The result is a uniform, satin finished surface that does not reflect even in strong light, thus ensuring minimal visibility in the ear.
Cannot be ordered for thermo-flex (satin finished is standard here) and basic (here the matt surface does not allow any further anti-reflective coating).
