Acrylic 3D
Crystal clear, resistant and durable.
This highly transparent material is molded energyefficiently in direct 3D printing and features high stability and excellent UV resistance. Earmolds made of light-curing acrylate exhibit high elongation at break (especially in the non-lacquered state) and do not become brittle. The high-gloss surface sealing creates a brilliant, optically high-quality „glass“ earmold. In addition, this coating increases scratch resistance and provides the earmold with excellent protection against effects such as light, perspiration, dirt and earwax. Rigid earmolds are therefore not only of the highest aesthetic quality, but also robust, easy to care for and simple to clean. Available in three colors.

Supple, robust and very skin-friendly.
This premium material is rigid at room temperature and becomes soft and flexible when worn in the ear. Since the material fits perfectly to the auditory canal in this way, a natural wearing sensation is guaranteed and pressure pain, e.g. during jaw movements, is a thing of the past. Thanks to these permanently elastic, flexible properties, earmolds made of polyurethane are characterized by very high long-term wearing comfort. Resistance to UV light (no discoloration) and high tear resistance make it an extremely robust material with a long service life. Our thermo-flexible PU is bio-compatible and contains no monomers. Therefore, it is not only skin-friendly, but also suitable for sensitive ears and in case of allergies. Available in two colors.

Flexible, soft and highly robust.
Thanks to state-of-the-art crosslinking methods, even thin-walled earmolds can be easily processed from our silicone material. The molecular structure of the silicone guarantees high tear resistance and best dimensional stability. The high resistance to chemicals and environmental influences such as UV light, dirt, sweat or creams make all silicone earmolds robust and easy to clean. The easy cleaning is supported by a water- and dirt-repellent surface, which results from the reduced surface tension. Our soft silicone is biocompatible and contains no low-molecular plasticizers. Therefore, it is not only skin-friendly, but also suitable for very sensitive ears. Thanks to the elastic, soft-flexible properties, earmolds made of silicone are characterized by high long-term wearing comfort. Available in two hardness grades and ten colors.

Our material splash is floatable, very soft and elastic. We use this special silicone with very low density in our CUSTOMFIT water protection bachmaier® splash. Available in eight colors.
