nature® plus provides extra security and control in the fitting. The larger design provides additional support, increased sealing and simplifies insertion and removal of the hearing aid. The earmold fits snugly behind the second bend and closes with the tragus - a product design that provides not only flexibility but also maximum reliability.

Material
We manufacture nature® plus from thermo-flexible PU or rigid acrylate.
thermo-flex
Our premium material thermo-flex is supple, elastic and extremely robust. The surface is satin finished.
rigid
Our rigid material is crystal clear, resistant and extremely durable. The surface is compacted, ground and polished in a standard mass finishing process. This process ensures an extremely shatter-proof, dirt-repellent surface and a high-quality polish in a brilliant high-gloss finish. Lacquering or glazing can be ordered as an option.

All functional edges are additionally processed after digital modeling and optimized down to the smallest detail. This gives our products their incomparable look.

Insert part

With nature® plus made of thermo-flexible material, there is basically no need for an additional insert part, as the material can be heated and slim tube or insert part can be placed directly in the bore hole. This guarantees the smallest possible installation size.

An opening provides additional ventilation of the ear tissue and better heat dissipation. In addition, openings can be used to create more space for the installation of the receiver in narrow spaces or a highly angled ear canal. Unlike a recess, the functional edges remain intact, resulting in significantly more stability and hold.

Recesses serve to ventilate sensitive ears. Significantly less heat is generated in the area of these cavities, as the skin remains free and is thus not restricted in its thermo-regulating function.
