• Which model suits me?

  Choosing the right model depends on your personal taste and your favourite music genre. It's best to test hearos models with your favourite music. Contact an acoustician in your area. They can request a hearos test set from us and make an appointment with you to try them out.

• What design options do I have?

  You can choose the shell of your hearos from two materials: thermo-flex or rigid. You can choose from 3 colours for the shell, 57 colours for the faceplate and 15 colours for the logo. There are no limits to the colours you can choose! You can also give your hearos a name and have up to eleven letters lasered on each side.

• I would like to have my band logo, is that possible?

  Absolutely, make your hearos unique! You can have your personal logo lasered onto your customised hearos. Whether it's a logo, band emblem or another customised design - we will professionally implement your wishes.

• Why do I need an impression?

  In order to fit customised hearos perfectly to your ears, we need an impression of your ears. To do this, visit a specially trained acoustician who will take the mould. They will send your moulds to us together with your order. And we start making your hearos.

• How does an impression work?

  A skin-friendly silicone moulding compound is carefully placed in your ears. After 3-5 minutes, the hardened material is removed and voilà: Your ear mould is ready! The entire process takes about 15 minutes and is completely painless.

• Where can I get my hearos?

  You choose your hearos In Ears from your acoustician and order them directly there. The acoustician takes care of the consultation, moulding, ordering and delivery.

• Where are my hearos made?

  Our products are developed, designed and produced entirely in-house - 100% ‘Made in Germany’. We attach great importance to quality, individuality and sustainable production.

• How long is the delivery time?

  It usually takes 3-4 weeks from the moulding to the collection of your custom-made hearos from the acoustician. The delivery time depends on how many hearos are currently in production, as each individual in-ear is customised. However, you can be sure that your hearos will be manufactured with the utmost care and dedication and delivered to your hearing care professional as quickly as possible.

• What to do when it's urgent?

  No problem, we offer an express service! For €195 (RRP), your order will be given preferential treatment. With a production time of just 48 hours and in co-operation with your local acoustician, we can usually deliver your new in-ear monitoring within a week. We know the price is high, but the anticipation of premium sound is the greatest joy.

• Are my hearos guaranteed?

  All hearos are covered by a 3-year warranty. This covers cables, all electronic components and housings - provided they are handled correctly, of course.

• What to do if the hearos don't fit perfectly?

  If your customised hearos do not fit perfectly, please contact your hearing care professional. We will adjust your hearos in consultation with them to ensure the best possible wearing comfort.

• My hearos are broken, what now?

  Please contact the hearing care professional from whom you purchased your hearos. If your hearos no longer work properly, each individual component can be repaired, replaced or renewed if they are less than 5 years old.

• How do I clean my hearos?

  Your hearos are not sensitive to sweat. Clean them regularly with a skin-friendly product or a damp cloth. Make sure you dry them well and do not hold them under running water. If you sweat a lot, place your hearos in a dryer. You can find special cleaning agents at your hearing care professional.

• Can I change the wax filter on my own?

  Yes, all models have a filter (red/blue) fitted at the sound outlet. If this is dirty, we recommend changing it. You can find tools and filters at your acoustician. Carefully remove the old filter with the removal tool and insert the new filter.

• Do my hearos need special protection?

  Yes, like all electronic devices, your hearos should be protected from dust, heat and moisture. Always store them in the supplied pouch after cleaning. If you have any problems, please contact your hearing care professional.
