The MiliEars CEP system was specifically developed for military aviation and combines maximum wearing comfort with crystal-clear signal transmission, even in extreme noise situations, thanks to its personalized fit. Custom-made for the user, the MiliEars CEP fits snugly in the ear canal and can be comfortably worn under any type of helmet. The in-ear component, the MiliEars earpieces, are made from a special material that softens with body heat after insertion, providing additional maximum comfort. The dual-channel system ensures clear transmission of communication signals and reduces external noise through the hearing protection filter. This ensures pressure equalization and allows communication even in extreme noise environments.

Technology
Cerumen protection
Thanks to the cerumen protection, the miniature speakers are perfectly safeguarded against sweat and earwax. Replacement is easily possible at any time.
Shell and faceplate
Manufactured using a specialized 3D printing and casting process, all necessary technology is integrated into the smallest possible space.
Speakers
The miniature speakers are perfectly tuned to the frequency ranges required for transmitting speech and signals. The playback impedance matches the impedance of helmet speakers. Additionally, the impedance can be adjusted seamlessly using the helmet kit (available separately).
T2-Steckverbindung
This connector allows for on-site cable replacement in case of service or repair.

The cable is plugged into the T2 connector on the earphone side and connected to the helmet using the Multicomp connector system (the standard plug for CEP systems).
Hearing protection and pressure equalization filters
The filter ensures both noise reduction and pressure equalization for the ears.

Made, developed, and produced for extreme noise conditions under a helmet. When it becomes too loud to understand via speakers, we use the MiliEars CEP to transmit the radio signal directly into the ear canal. The integrated hearing protection function ensures that most of the disruptive noise stays out. Our systems are made from highly robust materials that have been tested over years, enabling them to withstand any challenging situation. Dirt, moisture, and heat are no problem.

Scope of delivery
The package includes your new MiliEars CEPs, a box, a cable, a replacement cerumen protector, and a cleaning cloth.
How the molding process works
To perfectly tailor your custom MiliEars CEP to your ears, we require an impression of your ears. Visit a specially trained acoustician who will take the necessary ear impressions. Learn more
Cleaning
Regularly clean your MiliEars CEP with a slightly damp cloth. For optimal cleaning, we recommend oto-fresh® cleaning products. Suitable cleaning products can be found here.
Helmet kit
For integration into a helmet, a special mounting kit is available. The product includes installation instructions. The signal is picked up via the helmet speakers, and a socket for multi-comp connectors is installed.
Delivery time
From the ear impression to picking up your custom MiliEars at the acoustician, it typically takes 3–4 weeks. The delivery time depends on how many hearos are currently in production, as each one is individually crafted. However, you can rest assured that your MiliEars CEP will be manufactured and delivered to your acoustician with the utmost care and dedication as quickly as possible.
