Scope of delivery
Your new hearos and the SuperBaX cable are included in the scope of delivery. A practical soft case with carabiner protects them when travelling and a cleaning tool ensures that your hearos are always in top condition.
Model selection
Choosing the right model depends on your personal taste and your favourite music genre. It's best to test hearos models with your favourite music. Contact an acoustician in your area. They can request a hearos test set from us and make an appointment with you to try them out.

Whether logo, band emblem or another individual design – we realise almost all wishes professionally.
Find a store
You configure your desired hearos In Ears and go to an acoustician with your selection and order them directly there. The acoustician takes care of molding, ordering and delivery. Find a store now
Ear impression
In order to fit customised hearos perfectly to your ears, we need an impression of your ears. To do this, visit a specially trained acoustician who will take the mold. More details
Cleaning hearos
Regularly clean your hearos in ears with a slightly damp cloth or a mild, skin-friendly cleaning agent. For optimal cleansing, we recommend oto-fresh® cleansing products. Dry them thoroughly afterward and avoid direct contact with running water. You can find suitable cleansing products here.
Delivery time
It usually takes 3-4 weeks from moulding to collection of your custom-made hearos from the acoustician. The delivery time depends on how many hearos are currently in production, as each individual in-ear is customised. However, you can be sure that your hearos will be manufactured with the utmost care and dedication and delivered to your hearing care professional as quickly as possible.
